Take the guesswork out of finding the an effective fitness program for the younger generations. Our initial consult requires no obligation and answers very important questions. 

Assessment is unique to the needs of youth fitness and so may include: posture evaluation, gait analysis, scoring of critical functional movement patterns and dysfunction, an evaluation of current fitness program/activities, injury history intake and/or body fat analysis. The goal of every assessment to develop a focused plan for program design that fits.

Youth Growth Velocity Tracking

(PHV) - quarterly measurements recommended:  
Learn when a young person should be training harder or going through changes in movement mechanics by keeping accurate measurements and tracking growth spurts. A $65 per tracking session includes: Bodyfat analysis percentage, lean body mass and fat mass breakdowns, circumference measurements and Basal Metabolic Rate with calorie recommendations and waist to hip ratio.
