Petra has been practicing massage therapy since 2008 and worked as a therapist in many places around the world. She studied Ayurvedic Massage in India, and later obtained her Personal Trainer Certification / Yoga Instructor Certification and graduated from the Healing Arts and Spirits and the Guild Institute for Structural Integration in Boulder, Colorado.

She believes that both Yoga and Structural Integration (Ida P. Rolf Method) work towards the physical and emotional evolution of the individual by addressing structural alignment and whole-body integration evoking lasting and even permanent change. Petra realized that becoming a Structural Integration therapist would give her an opportunity to help others heal themselves.

As a practitioner, she always tries to encourage people to take responsibility for their own health and do work outside of the session so they don’t always rely on a therapist. She has gained deep understanding and passion for the body’s tendencies, releases and healing capabilities. Most people can benefit immensely from Structural Integration Series as it is truly and awakening for both the mind and the body with long lasting changes.
Amanda Bowman, LMT
Amanda graduated from the Core Institute of Massage Therapy in 2007. She since has studied a wide range of therapeutic bodywork modalities including myofascial release, sports, trigger point, hot stone, prenatal, aromatherapy, energetics, and relaxation massage.

She strongly believes in a holistic approach to correcting dysfunction throughout the body. Through a combination of exercise, nutrition, mediation, bodywork, community, love, and laughter, she believes each individual has the capacity to reach optimal health and well-being.
In 2012, Amanda set out on a multi-year journey of self-exploration and adventure. She spent several months traveling throughout Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Nepal. Amada studied traditional Hatha yoga in India, graduating with her 200 RYT from Rishikesh Yog Peeth located at the base of the Himalayas. Amanda also spent time in multiple mediation centers around the globe including a 10-day silent meditation at the Vipassana center in New Zealand. She spent the majority of her time abroad in nature, camping and hiking as well as in local villages immersing herself in the culture, volunteering, and soaking up all the lessons and knowledge available.

With a nurturing and intuitive touch, Amanda integrates the skills she has gathered over the years to create a personalized therapeutic treatment for each individual client. Clinical treatments include a fusion of deep tissue work, myofacial release, stretching, assisted movement, essential oils, and relaxation techniques. She aims to restore flexibility, help alleviate pain, and over time assist in the process to restore the mind and body to its natural, healthy state of being.
