Petra is a Personal Trainer, Boot Camp Instructor, Certified Yoga Instructor, Nationally Licensed Massage Therapist, Licensed Structural Integration Practitioner, Certified Master Dive Pro, Certified Sky Diver and White Water Rafting Guide. She is about enjoying life and living it to the fullest. Petra loves adventure and has lived, worked, climbed and backpacked extensively through Asia, Europe, South and North America and New Zealand.

Then, in 2002, Indea obtained her first certification as a personal trainer so that she could focus her attention to clients one-on-one. She believes that her passion for connecting with each person she works with is the key to success. Health and fitness has been a part of Sam's life – for nearly all of his life. His passion for athletic competition has led him to training for a wide variety of sports including boxing, football, mountain biking, snowboarding, soccer, Xterra triathlons, and wrestling. For the past 20 years Sam has been both a student and practitioner of health and fitness, helping clients to get leaner, stronger, and more flexible, while learning how to improve upon the process with each successive client. He applies a holistic approach to client goals in a way that addresses all influential aspects of their life. His training specialties include biomechanical assessments for postural alignment and functional fitness, corrective exercise, core conditioning, pre & post-natal fitness, cardiac rehabilitation, nutritional and lifestyle coaching, balance training and strength coaching.
